Go Green

Being green is not just socially responsible - energy efficiency saves you money! So go green with an Energy Management System from HAI (Home Automation, Inc.). Or maybe a NUVO Essentia Distributed Audio System. Essentia is the first whole home audio system to earn the Energy Star logo – consuming less than 1 watt of power while in standby mode. Essentia E6G includes a stunning new control pad interface, with OLED display providing full metadata feedback. Coplanar buttons provide a smooth, clean finish with the overall polycarbonate surface, making the entire control pad water-resistant.

LSVI recommends HAI’s system because it couples energy efficiency with outstanding personal convenience. We can install an HAI Energy Management system in your home that lets you:

  • See from one panel which lights are on throughout the house. You can then turn them off from one button.

  • Dial down your Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system in unused areas or house-wide, such as when you go to bed.

  • Set motion detection time-limits per area, so the lights and HVAC turn off automatically if areas are empty.

  • As you arm your security system before leaving home, set back HVAC and turn off lights at the same time.

  • Check on the house while you’re at work! With Snap-Link or Web-Link II software you can change lights and HVAC status remotely. Ideal if the last person to leave home forgot to turn off lights or set back the HVAC.
